ABOUT ME

My name is Jacqi Stephens and I am the Executive Coach at Reflect Coaching. I offer 1:1 leadership coaching and mentoring to help individuals and teams achieve success in business and in life.

After 20+ happy and thriving years in education as a leader, including four very successful headships, I made the decision to change my career path. I left my previous role, as an Executive Leader and a member of the Trust Leadership Team, to embark on a new adventure using the skills, knowledge and experience that I have as a credible leader. Coaching has been my main and preferred leadership style. I have always had a passion for developing future leaders, as well as a natural ability and a proven track record, so it seemed natural for me to start a new journey as an independent Executive Coach.

Through the last few unprecedented years, it has become even more apparent how challenging it can be for leaders which can lead to a lack of motivation. I have the drive, passion and commitment to work alongside leaders to increase their motivation and momentum so that they can continue to inspire the people in their organisation to achieve success.
