How can a coach help me if they are not familiar with my work?

During the coaching sessions, I will utilise tools to learn more about you and how you manage various situations. I have a wealth of experience in leadership coaching to be able to support you on your development journey towards achieving your goals.

How many coaching sessions will I need?

Many of my clients receive coaching for six months but it varies by individual goal and the ability to implement new skills. I offer flexible sessions that work entirely for you so that you have enough time to reflect, implement actions and start to see change both personally and professionally. Popular packages include:
Developmental Coaching:
Six sessions (1-2 hours) monthly
Twelve sessions (1 hour) fortnightly
Six or Twelve sessions over a year
Performance Coaching:
Laser coaching consists of three (1 hour) sessions and focuses on a specific challenge

Where are the coaching sessions held?

Sessions can be in person in a location and venue that suits you. This could be in a venue outside or in an uninterrupted space within your organisation/business that will give us dedicated time together. Video call sessions are also available. Coaching sessions can vary venues and can consist of a mixture of face to face and video call sessions - depending on your needs and what you prefer.

What are the fees?

Fees vary depending on what Coaching Service or Mentoring sessions you require and the amount of sessions that you book. Team coaching sessions are available POA.

How do I book a session with you?

Will Coaching work for everyone?

Coaching will have the greatest impact on individuals who are clear about what it is that they would like help with and they are willing to take the agreed pragmatic action between each coaching session. However, I am able to help you create an achievable vision that is bespoke to you and your organisation. During or after the coaching session, if I feel that you are not ready for coaching then we can switch to mentoring until you are ready. If the team is not progressing or not yet ready then it may be because some of the individual team members need 1:1 coaching sessions or mentoring sessions before they can work collaboratively in the team to deliver results.

COACHING

Coaching is finding solutions to something that isn't working or improving on something that is working. Coaching uses powerful techniques, tools, support and structure to help clients clarify and stay focused on their priorities. It addresses situations in the present. Through coaching, a client can achieve their vision and what they want in life by breaking it down into smaller more manageable steps. Each coaching session brings the client more closer to what they really want.
