I have held numerous leadership positions in Education with coaching being my main leadership style. I enjoy coaching leaders at varying stages of their leadership journey in return deliberately ensuring sustainability and succession planning for the organisation. I bring my experience as an Executive Leader combined with my skills as an Executive Coach to work with you to improve your leadership skills and help you to enjoy your role as an authentic leader. During each session, you can expect me to be fully present thus bringing my best self to each and every session, non-judgemental, challenging and honest.

I have excellent interpersonal skills and I am emotionally intelligent which are some of the essential skills needed to enable us to have an effective trust based relationship. I take a client- centered approach and each Leadership Coaching session will be bespoke to your unique context, goals and needs.


All coaching sessions are held in strict confidence and are available in person or via video call.
